Even in such simple electrics as in a 604s car, connections between such
faults are difficult to determine. So I suspect - connections, especially
the earth connections.

Hi all,
Last week I noticed my Series IV ammeter was showing discharge while
driving, but my tach (which rarely works) was working. The next day, my
ammeter was showing a charge again, but once again, the tach was
inoperative.
Does anybody think there is a connection between the two?
