Seat belts

Hi all,

Finally fitting the seat belts to my V-IV GT with a softop and find the rear
softop cover cannot clear the seatbelt attachments on the rear wheel arches
when i open it. it looks like i have to cut into it on both sides to clear the
seatbelt  mounting points. Any helpfull advise would be appreciated. By the
way is this site now less active due to the US sunbeam alpine owners webb
site.
