The Sunbeam "D" was the only one with a slip yolk. This allowed use of a
Sunbeam driveshaft shortened about 2 inches. The ones used on other cars,
Volvo, Triumph, etc had a flange on the rear and took a telescoping
driveshaft. I don't know if that answers your question.
My question has always been, can we use the other types with an MG or TR
driveshaft modified to work?
