Chris, I suggest you join STAR (Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Registry) in the UK,  I 
think they may have a website too,I am sure they have a list of suppliers of  
course most would be in the UK.I am sure they could steer you to some north  
american members too.Whitworth bolts and hardware are most likely available 
from  suppliers for restoring MG TC and TD, I think they use the same bolts.
