If you have your pistons made, you can offset grind the crank and gain up to 
0.250" extra stroke
by going from the 2.125 journal to a 2.000 journal.

You would also need a good rod, the chevy V8 rod "welding up the sides" did not 
work out for me,
but I did find that some after market rod manufacturers make a rod for a 6 cyl 
chevy that has the same
attributes as the V8 rod, but has the wider big end.

.250 extra stroke would get you to 1835cc (112cid) with a .040 over engine.
