I agree - the green is a good color. (BTW, MG had a similar color
on the MGA which is really great looking with white walls)
I was at Bob Johnson's Auto literature, a large dealer in Auto
literature,
and found many of the Rootes color palettes for all the Rootes vehicles.
Overall, the Rootes color pallete from the early 60's really was nice.
(I didn't see the film but my guess is the color of the film has turned
and
therefore it probably is a "horrid" green color by the time it shows up
on television -
I think Dick needs to see the car in real life to appreciate it)
