Jewel Warning Lights

Does anyone know what are the differences in warning lights for the
Series III, IV and V stock dashes?  I thought that Series III's had the
jewel style and IV's and V's had the adjustable rectangular style.  When
did Rootes change from the green jewel turn signal to the green double
arrow style?  Or are only the double arrow ones stock?  I can not get
much help on this from my parts book.  Thanks.
