Series V: Ground Strap

There is a braided ground strap dangling underneath my drivetrain, just
under the bellhousing area.  The limited clearance makes it hard for me to
detect, but where is it supposed to be attached?  Just anywhere it reaches,
or is there a particular bolt that's standard?
