Old Sunbeam tale

While I was talking to a new friend she happened to mention that she was from
Coventry.  I responded that I had a car that was from Coventry, a Sunbeam
Alpine.  She said that he sister had once worked for Rootes.  Quote:  "Yes,
she used to say that with the Series 1 Alpine, they had to include a full
diving suit, but the Series 2 had better weatherproofing and only needed a
raincoat and wellington boots".     :-)
