I just looked up the receipt for the last Alpine battery I purchased. It

in 1998. Wow, I didn't realize how old it was.
Anyway, it was a DieHard #36424 or current #. Fits perfectly in the series
5, 4, 3 battery box and works great according to my amp meter.
