I remember my '67 VW Beetle had a connection from the sprayer reservoir
bottle to the spare tire, which is where it got its air pressure from. You
had to make sure to re-pressurize the spare every so often just in case you
needed it.

I remember these from back in the "halcyon days" as an accessory - not for
any specific car. It seems to me that it would tend to get in the way of the
