Perhaps he's been reading too many Mustang magazines. 
When those type of magazines feature cars they come up
with claims like a car is the only one ever ordered
with a certain paint and the radio delete option. 
Usually it was an ugly paint and who knows why you
would delete the radio, so no wonder it's rare.

In that case, I suppose I can make the claim to own
the newest Carnival red Series II with a non-original
interior and top in existence. #9119924
