Clean the insides of the ring land in the bores.
The seals fit right in the lands.
Use lots brake fluid as a lubricant on the rings
and the piston.
It usually goes in with moderate force, use of
a C-clamp and a wooden block "protects piston walls"
is also helpfull.
Oh, and the outer seal MUST be installed befor the
piston is in place.
