windsheild installation

Fellow 'Piners and my Tiger cousins:  I have my SV well disassembled and
am starting to put it back together (I will e mail later and ask what to
do with all the leftover parts!).  I have the chance to reassemble the
windsheild while waiting for the body shell to be painted.  Is this a
good idea, assembling the glass and frame off the body, or am I wiser to
put the frame on and then put the glass in?  Please advise, thanks, Bill
