I would guess it would be fine for occasional use. My best
recommendation is to buy a Quincy compressor. I have a QTS-3 and it is
built very rugged. I think I paid about $400 about 5-6 years ago. Of
course, this is what I think is the best "portable" 20-gallon tank
model. My paint shop has a $3,000 Quincy 80 gallon industrial compressor
and I run a large variety of air powered devices from it.
