I think its about 180 lbs per inch.
Its calculated with a special weight scale, and a ruler.
Put a load on the spring that shortens it by 2 inches,
then divide the weight (load) by two.  This would be the weight
that would deflect it one inch.

Normal springs will have a more or less linear correlation between
load and length (IE 180 lbs = 1 inch, 540 lbs = 3 inches).
Progressive springs have two distinct rates which are ride height
dependant.
