East Grand Avenue, downtown Beloit.
Participation is free.  Non-judged event.

Presented by Downtown Beloit Association in conjunction
with a 3-day English Weekend, which also includes a 
street dance Friday night with American English, British 
food and beverages, and a mini-Grand Prix through the 
streets, as well as the usual sidewalk sales.
