Fuel Pump Needed

After several months of tinkering, my 67 SV roars again.  I need a new
mechanical
fuel pump.  Where's a good place to get one?  It seems that local parts
houses don't
list or can't get them.  Are they the 'Same As' some other engine's fuel
pump?
I got it going with an electric fuel pump but would rather go back to
the oem pump.
What do you all think? Pros and Cons?
