Must have been my dad!
He's been restoring his MKIA for the past 20 years, and up until recently he
has dismissed our cars as "only Alpines." Didn't see anything special about
them because of the dinky four bangers instead of his Ford 302.
The snob's attitude has changed recently as we were looking at Alpines to
buy for me. He now appreciates them as the damn cool cars that they are.
