I am pretty sure that Mr. Vizard covered modifications to the Rootes
cylinder head in the book, "THEORY AND PRACTICE OF CYLINDER HEAD
MODIFICATION". The ISBN is 0851130666. This book is out of print but Books
International (www.books-international.co.uk) claims to have copies. I
ordered a reprint of the Alpine parts manual from them. I tried to order
this book from them but never heard back from my request.

What's more amazing is that I live in the US and just got it yesterday!!!
Thank you for sending this Bill. One question though, I have seen a lot of
books by Mr Visard, is the section you sent a chapter of a book or was it
from a book on Rootes engines only? How many pages is it? Publication date
and company? What is the ISBN number? Thanx.

Bill, I received the photocopied article by mr Vizard today in the post....
It must be less than a week since you sent it!.

Fantastic, thankyou so much. It is very interesting.

In answer to your question, engines still rotate clockwise down here. But
the question really is, what way do our clocks go?
