Wheel Bearings

I am about to embark on the dreaded hub removal.  I figured I should
probably replace the bearings while doing so.
Currently I have splined hubs on my Series I.  I am going to regular hubs
from a Series later series car.  Is there a difference in the bearing needed
based on the hubs, or are the bearing all the same.
