Make that from 1966 to at least 1979 - the 1725 lived on in the
Commer/Dodge/Fargo/Talbot forward-control vans, albeit with cast-iron
heads. But there's nothing to swapping an engine over to alloy head - simple
parts swap. Just don't forget the camshaft!
Now, what about the Peykan engines??? How late did (do?) they go?
