I can't tell you right vs left, or the different series.  But, Sunbeam
Specialties and I assume Curt offer a beautiful recreation.  It looks
identical except rather than the rubber "hinge"  that cracks and brakes, a
full strong metal hinge is there.  Best aftermarket part I've ever bought
for the car.
