Does it look kind of like a smaller version of a Plymouth Barracuda? If so it
is a sort of fastback Hillman Hunter (or "new Minx"). One of the first badge
enginnering products of the Chrysler takeover of Rootes it is based on the
proven Rootes mechanicals like the 1725 motor. It would be late 1960's/early
1970's in age. Some people call them the "Alpine Series 6" although I don't
think they were sold under that name. They were also called sunbeam Rapiers in
some markets.
