extended warranty / no sunbeam content

Does anyone have any experience with National Auto Care. I am looking a
new/used car for may wife (Mitsubishi Diamante station wagon) and in
looking over the Extended Warranty contract, it reads more like a road
side assistance policy rather than an extended warranty (ie.
diagnostic/tear down time not covered). This is a private party sale,
looks like the seller was taken.
