Of course folks are free to paint their car any color they want and most
people seem to have some sort of opinion on this topic. What I wonder is
whether a car that is painted a color that does not attempt to match the
vehicle ID plate color is actually valued less by the "marketplace", i.e.
you'd get less money for it if you were to sell it (blasphemy for many of us
I know)? How about in voting at a show?
