I ran Splitfires in my Imp for years with no problems. It was only later
when I joined the internet community that I started hearing lots of negative
reports about them.

At one stage I decided they were getting too old and replaced them with
Champions. The car started to misfire immediately so I put the Splitfires
back and it was right as rain again.

I finally binned them a couple of years ago, not because there was anything
wrong with them, but I just felt guilty about running my car with seven year
old spark plugs.
