Chrysler Pentistar

Calling all listers,
I saw in catalogs that the Chrysler Pentistar was N.L.A. (no longer 
available), BUT, while sitting in a parking space at the grocery store, I saw 
one it was chrome and in the same Right front fender location on a Dodge 
Neon. Don't know how it is applied, but a little black paint (if they are not 
available in black) and wah lah.
