It's funny that you asked. The show "Trucks" on TNN showed a tech article
about steering wheel restoration. They said that regular body filler will
work in small cracks, and large cracks need two-part epoxy. File open the
cracks and fill them, then sand down the extra filler, and paint.
www.eastwoodco.com, and www.por15.com both have steering wheel kits if you
want to go that route. good luck.
