We all want to steer clear of dishonest sellers, but specifics are =
important. There could be many honest sellers in the Cleveland area so a =
broad brush description condemns unintended innocents.
I thought the story was out on eBay and their false promises. They =
screwed me twice already for the sake of the all mighty dollar.
If possible it=E2=80=99s best to use an escrow company, when buying a =
car sight unseen, that holds the money until both parties are happy. But =
maybe that=E2=80=99s not possible on eBay.
