I suppose a junkyard that has old cars would be your best bet, or maybe 
ebay, or one of those big used car parts and other junk flea markets at the 
local arena or events center.  But more importantly, why does your insurance 
company care about the speaker covers? does it make a difference in 
considering the car stock v. modified?
