Quick update on my brake situation from a week or two ago: As suspected, the piston from the cylinder on the right rear had traveled far enough to be leaking. When I took it to the bench and took the little boot off it just fell out into my hand. After reassembly and bleeding the brakes (with the drums on this time), the fluid flowed to the left side without any problem at all. I'm on the road again -- thanks everyone.
