I mailed them a tach using USPS and they called me either the next day or
the day after that and I had my tach back less than 7 days total
turnaround.
That was somewhat recently, 2005, I think.

Awesome - I chucked when I read that.
But but some breather holes in the picture so the smoke can get out when
necessary.
