Joe, one requirement for posting (vs just reading) is that you must be logged
into the forum with an account and password. The system is semi brain dead in
that it will happily let you type for an hour but when you hit the Post button
it will display an error and toss your missive into the bit bucket.
So be sure you have an account and are logged into it before you try and reply
or start a new topic.
