I do not know the details about Dick's TR6, but based on his
contributions I suspect he drives a very well sorted TR6, which is the
reason for wanting to learn more about his choice of tires.
At 118hp at the wheels (3,500 ft altitude), my 6 is not as powerful as
a supercharged 6 but it goes very well. Every time I have the chance
to run it at our local track I have a great time. I run Dunlop SP5000
205-65x15 on American Racing LeMans wheels, and feel very safe with
them at speed.
