What year TR6.....wiring varies with different years. What kind of a problem
did you have with your gauges? No readings, erratic readings, inaccurate
readings....Both gauges are fed by the same wire (LG or LG/G) and the VS is
fed by a green wire. Are both gauges properly grounded? The more info, the
easier it is to help.

If you search the 6-Pack Forum (www.6-pack.org) you'll find pictures on how
to replace the sending unit without totally removing the gas tank from the
car. You can pivot the right side of the tank enough to get access to the
sending unit after removing the filler cap and all the tank bolts.

having a problem with my fuel gauge and temp  gauge bought a new vs and
nothing is there a way to check it and to see if the gauges are working
,also can you take out the gas tank sending unit without taking out the tank
