I used the cheap JC Whitney product on my car I place of the original. This
stuff had foil on one side and was a little thicker than the original. I
was very impressed with the difference it made. It really makes the car
sound solid. I attached the material with 3M upholstery adhesive. I am
sure the expensive products will work well also.
