[6pack] Aftermarket thrust washers

Look at the difference between the aftermarket variety and original
equipment (AE) brand.   The AE one has maybe three or four times the
thickness of bronze.   The AE brand came from BPNW, the aftermarket
from TRF...   Both standard size.
