A small punch or long thin nail will work to push out the pin. It is the
diameter of a wire coat hanger.

Can someone recommend the best tool for removal of the window crank and
inside door handle? Will a "conventional" window crank removal tool work,
i.e., one that is designed for a GM product, work?

Thanks
