I sure would trust Herman on this one. He has worked on these things a long
time. He worries about what happens if you have TWO slip joints in series,
which you will have.
He doesn't want the transmission to get screwed up by a drive shaft
bouncing back and forth with no restraint.It must be annoying when someone
else's mod affects what your mod is supposed to be.
