[6pack] PDVA switch connector needed

Before I start looking at the normal suppliers (if they even carry
it), I just wanted to see if by any chance anyone happened to have the
female end (i.e., the end attached to the wire harness) for the brake
PDVA switch that they would be willing to part with.
