Hi all. Here are pictures of the EDIS conversion. It was developed around the
Megajolt computer and 36 tooth wheel. Machine work is required to make the
mounting parts and adapt the wheel to the front damper. The megajolt is
mounted under the dash as is the ford module. The wiring harness is custom and
the coil pack is mounted in place of the original coil.
The spacing of the magnetic pickup should be around .045 to .060" I do the
machine work and Craig does the wiring harness. We are talking about putting a
kit out. We would require your front damper to adapt the 36 tooth wheel. We
would supply all the other parts.
Any reasonable Triumph person would be able to adapt this to the car. Two
people are almost necessary as some items require being both in and out of the
car at one time. No pricing is available at this time. We are pricing the
parts out. All would be new, perhaps some pickups and coil packs would be auto
jumble items. I will work to finalize this and let all know.
John H. PS I have been driving the "6" and the difference is amazing.
