I just noticed on BPNW's website, they have an Intermotor brake light switch
for $2.38 and a Lucas switch for $2.87. I think NAPA's price for the Honda
switch was $12.99.
I'll bet all those prices are about right for what you get.
I look at it this way:
TR part: less than 3 bucks
Honda part: about 13 bucks
not having to do the head-first footwell dive in a hotel parking lot in
Charleston, SC or in the infield at VIR because your plastic TR part broke on a
road trip (yeah, that was me both times): PRICELESS
