I was wondering how the 3 wire oil pressure switch is wired. I have two
straight up and down blades and one flat, looks like this l_l . I have a black
wire that has the connector insulated , a white w/brn stripe and a white with
what looks like a blue stripe. I'm pretty sure the black goes on the bottom
flat blade but I'm not sure. My mechanic hooked it up but after he played with
it my car alarm started chirping every few minutes and my alternator light
doesn't come on when I turn the key to on anymore. Any help would be much
appreciated.

PS I don't have continuity on any of the blades when the car if off. Don't
know if that's the way it should be, seems I should have closed contacts when
the car is not running.
