hard top bolt receivers

hi, all.

i'm back.  first, i noticed that the dpo figured two bolts would be fine.
correct me if i'm wrong, but there's definitely room for 3 bolts!

i'm trying to use a set of hard top bolt receivers as the basis for a wind 
screen.
it doesn't look to me like you can put the top up with the hard top bolt 
receivers
in.  am i correct or am i missing something?  i tried each of the top two
locations, and the hood/convertible top catchs when its almost all the way
back up.
