Eventually I'll go either with 123 or Mallory Unilite
distributor. Both need electric tach. The screwdriver advance adjustment on
the 123 sounds neat. I believe the Mallory comes with 32 degrees advance at
3100 rpm, which I would guess would be a great improvement over my stock
Lucas. The 123 uses Bosch rotor and cap while Mallory uses Mallory stuff.
I suppose a dyno would be very handy for tuning these things.
I have a Crane
3000 electronic ignition which is extremely reliable.

of the common fast road engine upgrades to my 73 except re-curved advance.
