I am putting together a street engine, 9.5:1 compression, GP2 cam etc

Any recommendations on the Goodparts valve guides with a teflon seal
($99 for the set)?   What's the value of the seal against the silicon
bronze guides from TRF ($66) or the manganese bronze guides from
Moss.($59.40)?   Worth the extra?

Any help appreciated
