TR-6 upper rear valance paint spec?

I'm restoring a 1970 TR-6 and have reached the point where I am having the
body of the car painted.  The upper rear valance of these cars was blacked
out, but for some reason I haven't been able to locate any paint spec for
the valance (or the rockers, which appear to have been blacked out as well).


 

Was there a specific color used or just a flat or semi-gloss black?
