Spax rear adjustable shocks - what to set them at ?

Hi everyone. I hope your Saturday includes some sunshine and a TR.



I recently did the rear suspension refurb with standard length uprated
springs, poly bushes and the telescopic shock conversion using the spax
adjustables. The shock absorbers came out of the box set to their lowest
setting and this raises the question of what should I set them to and
what are the pros and cons of setting them too light or too tight ?.
This is a regular road car.
