OK. this must sound really dumb, but here goes: is there a way to measure with a multi meter? if the voltage (did i get that right?) is going to blow a fuse? i've been in this place before, and wasn't happy about going through fuses like this. > I would first disconnect the connections at the horns, install a > fresh fuse and see if it still blows.
